What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle Japanese technique for stress reduction that also promotes healing. The word Reiki translates to “Universal life force energy.”
Receiving Reiki (universal life force energy) helps to strengthen our own life force energy within us.
How does Reiki work?
The Reiki energy flows through the practitioner to wherever it’s being directed and is administered by a laying on of hands, or by directing energy to the receiver’s energy field (aura).

Reiki quiets the mind and calms the nervous system, turning off the stress response of fight/flight/freeze that keeps you stuck in endless cycles of suffering.
